Just like the kitchen sink, our homes include an ample appliance allowance and lighting package. Hi-tech options like home theaters with surround sound, computer network wiring and complete security systems are readily available.
 
We offer a choice of oil hot-water baseboard heating, forced air furnaces, high efficiency heat pumps, geothermal heating & cooling, or electric baseboard systems. Central air conditioning can be added to any of these systems.
 
Choose from a wide variety of flooring options. Vinyl flooring is shown for most kitchen, foyer and bath floor plans. However, ask about tile, slate, hardwood and laminate options. We use premium grade carpeting.
 
Our homes include a 10 year structural warranty for added peace of mind.
