I would like to begin by saying how happy we are with our new home. We went through a lot of turmoil and loss before we decided on choosing Target Homes to build our home. I will not go into detail on what occurred as you already know our story, but I need to stress that without you, we would not be enjoying one of the best decisions we have made in our lives.

You kept our dream alive in as far as owning a home that was not only beautiful, but sturdy, functional and above all, ours! We have been in the house a little over a year and it has been nothing short of heaven. We would really like to reach out and say how happy we are with the house and say thanks to you in so many words.

Your staff, namely Jeff, were there with us every step of the way and always accommodated us no matter what the situation. I hope this letter finds him still employed there. He is truly an asset and a very patient man. I would also like to apologize for being so tardy in sending this letter, but I believe in better late than never. This should have been done a while ago.

Thank you all so much for letting us realize our hopes for a place to call ours. We could not have made a better choice. Again, thank you all and if there is any way we can "pay forward" what you have provided us please do not hesitate. I would not hesitate at all in recommending you to others.

Have a great holiday as they are approaching and once again, as I cannot say it enough, thank you and keep up the good work. The Poconos need people like you to know that not every builder is out to make a buck at the expense of the customer.

The long awaited 'last inspection' has been completed, and Roger and I are very pleased with all you have done. We've enjoyed meeting and working with every single one of you. And we'd especially like to express our appreciation to two people. First, Russ. Your impersonation of a woman over the telephone is the absolute WORST I have ever heard; but your skill with people is the best. You stuck with us through months of frustrating delay, handled all of our questions without making us feel they were trivial (silly), and made us feel good about having Target build our house. You deserve a huge raise in pay!! The other is Erik. We watched as a huge cornfield was transformed into our wonderful new house...with what seemed like no problems at all. If there were problems, Erik handled them completely; and we relaxed and enjoyed the process. You, too, should get a huge raise.
